The working groups provide the training, tools, and insights needed to implement a holistic approach to compliance. Current working groups: Russia, China, International Licensing, ICPs, VSDs, and more.
The Society will assist in keeping up with regulatory changes, collect information regarding shortfalls in understandings of newly enacted regulations and attempt to assist in facilitating guidance from regulatory agencies.
Recurring but always current training sessions on the global structure of the U.S. and European governing structures for sanctions and export-control enforcements and the structure of the illicit operations of Russia, China, and Iran. A nuts-and-bolts for any compliance professional.
