WORKING GROUPS
Members may register to take part in bi-monthly workings groups below. You must be a member of the International Sanctions and Export Control Society to take part in Working Groups. Upon approval for admittance to the respective Working Group, you will receive an invite to the recurring meetings.
Russia Working Group
The ISECS-RWG meets bi-monthly to discuss Russia sanctions and export controls affecting industry.
Date: Begins June 13, 2024 and continues bi-monthly.
Enforcement Working Group
The Enforcement Working Group will be led by former export enforcement agents and discuss case studies, red flags, and lessons learned.
Date: Begins June 20, 2024 and continues monthly.
International Licensing Working Group
The ISECS-ILWG meets bi-monthly to discuss international licensing related to sanctions and export controls.
Date: Begins June 27, 2024 and continues bi-monthly.
China Working Group
The ISECS-CWG meets bi-monthly to discuss China sanctions and export controls affecting industry.
Date: Begins July 11, 2024 and continues bi-monthly.
VSD Working Group
The ISECS-VSDWG meets bi-monthly to discuss international submission of Voluntary Self Disclosures related to sanctions and export controls.
Date: Begins September 2024 and continues bi-monthly.
ICP Working Group
The ISECS-ICPWG meets bi-monthly to discuss Internal and Export Compliance Program development, implementation, and management, related to sanctions and export controls.

Due DiligenceWorking Group
The Due Diligence Working Group will discuss best practices for conducting due diligence, sharing methods to properly conduct due diligence, and new and useful tools of the trade.
