The China Sanctions and Export Controls Certificate Course was developed by former members of the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), U.S. Department of Commerce and the Ministry of Commerce of China, in collaboration with a Tier 1 law firm. With input from collaborators in both Washington, DC and Beijing, China, this certificate course is the only one of its kind in the market and the only course in the market addressing China's 1) export control framework, 2) the establishment of a future sanctions framework, and 3) enforcement.
